About CUAFA

Established on March 20, 2021, CUAFA carries its core missions to advocate the faculty members in the Asian Pacific Islander (API) community as a representative body for the benefit of Columbia University and the community at large, to promote the career and leadership advancement of the members within and beyond Columbia University, and to create an open, safe and fair academic environment for all. CUAFA currently has more than 300 members, representing every school/college of the University. CUAFA has successfully organized a series of activities promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion and raising awareness of the API community.
